Truro Clay Works

Truro Clay Works is a ceramics studio tucked into the woods of Truro on Cape Cod — community-minded, craft-forward, and rooted in the rhythms of the outer Cape. They needed a brand and web presence that could hold all of that without overstating it.

The identity leans into restraint: a muted palette of clay tones, soft sage, and off-white; grounded typography; a logomark drawn from the imperfect geometries of formed vessels. Nothing slick, nothing that could belong to a chain. The website organizes the studio's four offerings — classes, shop, private events, and artist residency — in a clean, unhurried experience, with art direction that prioritizes natural light, texture, and process. The goal was for a visitor to feel the studio before they'd booked a class.
